How do I book ?
you can book your tour from home by email or you can simply fill in the reservation form in this website.

How does it works ?
• When you book our shopping tour you need to tell us the list of products that you want to buy. If you book the service before you come to Bali, we can assist you from advice of accommodation so your shopping tour will be more effective and time efficient.

• We will arrenge the pick-up and return from and to your hotel or villa in Bali and transportation to the shopping area by Air Conditioned car and skilled driver.

• Take photo of the products by digital camera of any purchased items and note the supplier and price of each items

• After finished shopping tour, we download all images, and printed a shopping catalog with all images including the supplier names and prices list for you.

• If the suppliers have no stock, and you need to place orders, you will have to pay deposit 50% (never pay the supplier in full) from the total order and we handle all deposits to pay into each supplier on your behalf.

• We will estimate the volume of your order for consolidation and shipping purposes.

• We will help you to ship the goods to your address or to the nearest port of destination

• We provide "made in Indonesia" stickers

• Pick up the goods from each supplier , product packing and crating

• Send the all necessary document, Invoice, Certificate Of Origin, Packing List etc to your address

• Will comunicate with you by email until the goods arrived to you.

Payment
A minimum 50% deposit is required upon receipt of all orders.

Final payment prior to shipment of goods. Orders will only commence once funds have cleared into our bank account.
Goods will be shipped only once the balance of funds have transfer into our bank account.

Payment can be made by Telegraphic Transfer to the following bank account. You are able to send US$

Production times
Production times vary according to the volume of goods and variety of suppliers. Normally, allow 6 weeks production for most items (some less) and two weeks to allow for collection, rejects, replacements, packing and loading. Contact US for details on your specific production times for your products

Quality Control
Our duty is to check and report on the quality of goods to ensure that they comply with the pre-determined standards. In cases where goods fall below the required standards, we will report to the client to request futher action to be taken. In cases where an urgent decision is required, we will take into consideration all known facts and make a decision whether to accept or reject the products and advise the client accordingly. As best as possible, we act as your eyes and ears, helping to make sound decisions on your investments. In all cases, we will endeavour to give detailed information on any products deemed to be suspect, before accepting or rejecting the products.

We personally inspect all products prior to final payment and packing. Whilst every effort is made to find all flaws, BaliShoppingTour.com cannot be held responsible for manufacturing flaws, errors in colouration, size variations or production errors.

Our Fees
Our fees are based on 15% of all invoices - covering all aspects of the order process. 
Our fees are hard earned as we work to bring you the largest, most stylish range of products we can source, place orders on your behalf and co-ordinate all purchases.

Printing, labeling, branding
We can assist with all of your branding, packaging and labeling of your goods. (Hangtags, stickers, business cards, brass plaques, barcodes, shopping bags, and promotional materials.) under your account.
